About Fizz

Shantae spent the better part of her career coordinating marketing and PR events as well as planning special events and promotions for casinos in New Mexico and Florida. After years spent in the corporate space, she decided to use her creative talents to pursue her dream of starting a niche business with a focus on intimate celebrations and gatherings. With an affinity for the Champagne Lifestyle, she's always held the belief that all it takes is a bottle of sparkling wine to make a good party even better and so Fizz Bubbly Bar was born.

This native Texan's bubbly personality and natural sparkle reflect in her festive designs, each one customized and created with the client in mind. With an eye for detail, her mission is to create lasting memories for her clients with unique touches that make an impression. She's often the life of the party and wholly believes that life is meant to be celebrated. Shantae is a delight to work with and her stylish displays have earned her spots on preferred vendor lists of several wedding and event planners and lifestyle concierges in the Austin area. You can either supply your own cocktails OR we can work with you to have them delivered right to your event! Either way, we'll keep them stylishly chilled on your customized bar.

Our team will pick up your favorite treats for your Bubbly station and set it all up at your location of choice so all that's left to do is raise your glass and toast to good times!
